They charged me extra and promised for 2.5 months delivery time but the cargo reached in more than 4 months. They damaged some of my furniture also and tried to repair it and when I reported the issue, they totally denied any responsibility. Such a pathetic experience. I would not recommend this provider.

Moved furniture and personal belongings from Bahrain back to Europe. Lost in transit 261kg weightlifting equipment, lost photographic equipment, lost various business suits and clothes, lost leather jackets, shoes, damaged kitchen appliances and glassware, damage to furniture. No insurance or compensation paid despite that the insurance premium was fully paid, claiming that documentation was not complete.

Sandeep/John. Firstly they dont answer their phones, representstive dont react on communications. Dont want give you info on their managers. this after I gave them 3 referrals and opened them up to The moving of pets. Find the service terrible at the most. Most probably will be blocking and removing comment as this seems to be their modes operandi. Preparing A case of misrepresentation based (quotes) on our communication via emails and whats app

Aqua Air handled my personal cargo professionally. They have done good packing & cargo was delivered on time without any delay & cargo was all fine due to excellent packing done by Aqua Air. The prices also were very good.
