Excellent communication, very good packers, delivered items without any damage including my Butterfly piano. wooden crating was excellent.

Packing etc fine but I understood that effects would be palletised so avoiding damage by forklift to boxes. But on arrival boxes damaged by obvious forks. Luckily the most damaged box which had digital piano wasn’t bad enough to get to piano. Can’t say who in chain is responsibl - movers or airlines KLM.
