The worst company possible. They cheated us of thousands of dollars, stole our goods.
They are fraudulent and should be closed down.
They have been reported to the Ministry of Commerce and will be legally dealt with.

DO NOT USE EASY MOVERS I REPEAT DO NOT, you will regret it - This company is the worst company ever, I regret so much not using a well-known company. They charm you to take your business they tell you it will take five days to reach the destination not explaining anything else, our things took a whole month to reach us with excuses after excuses and could not sometimes hear back from the manager who we later found out apparently is the owner, they are nice until you pay them and there is the owner and his coordinator, absolutely unprofessional, we have the right to ask for our things, I was very upset about it the way things were handled then they started being rude, absolutely no sense of professionalism and customer service. The service they sold us was not the service we received when our shipment arrived as well. We had to stay in temporary housing because we did not have our things to live on which they did not even acknowledge nor apologize nor offer anything about that. I
Do not make the same mistake we did, absolutely regret this. I was this close to report them to the Chamber of Commerce. I checked reviews and asked the guy that I was worried because of the bad reviews and he said no its no our company, some people use our name as the company, at the time I was just ready to enlist someone and needed to ship things but of course their price attracted me too as I was moving in GCC but that was a mistake, they say you get what you pay for and perhaps we did! Easy Movers Logistics Solutions of Bahrain are a scam and have cheated many people by posing as a legitimate company but are in fact liars who cheat their customers. They will promise a door-to-door delivery within a few month and with no additional costs, but you will soon find out that they play a game of lies. They will give you a false tracking number that never updates. Then as the months pass you will not get any update or response to your emails/messages. After six months has passed they will inform you that your shipment was sent to the wrong destination and they are retrieving it but you may need to pay additional costs. When they finally ship the shipment to your country you will discover that they sent it without paying for freight, storage and unloading costs. It will sit at the port and won’t be released to you as Easy Movers have not paid what they should have. Easy Movers will ask you to pay the charges and promise to pay you back later – that is more of their corrupt scam.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
We employed Easymovers to move two consignments to the UK and to Cyprus. Unbelievably, they did not pay their shipping agents and consequently our goods were impounded at their respective ports.
Despite over 100 emails and telephone calls between ourselves, the shipping agents and Easy movers, they refused to pay their bills. Our Goods continued to accrue storage charges and I was left with no option but to pay both agents to have our goods freed and delivered to their destination addresses. This cost me a further 3000 GDP!
Throughout this time, Easy Movers have behaved abhorrently and without any shred of decency. They have continued to lie and make feeble excuses and it is now over a year since this sorry saga started.
Easy Movers also sold us an insurance policy. However, when we were in the unfortunate position of making a claim for damage to both our consignments, we were told by the Insurance Company that ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAS NOT COVERED!! When I spoke to the Insurance company they told me that Easymovers were fully aware of the limitations of the insurance policy and that they knew that accidental damage was not covered.
I have complained to the Ministry as I believe that Easy Movers should not be allowed to continue trading as I am not the only person to experience this appalling behaviour.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - UPDATE

Please read my initial review which was reposted at the beginning of July. Since I posted my review I was promised by the CEO Mr [Name removed by Sirelo] that they would refund all of the additional cost incurred and the “I would not lose a single fils”.
Since that time I have been subjected to a litany of outrageous lies and excuses some of which were embarrassing to have to read; they were pathetic and unbelievable excuses.
I only ever get a response when I post a negative review or contact The Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Easy Movers have acted with no regard to their customers and in a completely dishonest and disgraceful way. I have once again asked the Ministry that they be stopped from trading in order to protect other customers from being subjected to the ordeal that my family have had to endure for the past 14 months.Read more
