DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
We employed Easymovers to move two consignments to the UK and to Cyprus. Unbelievably, they did not pay their shipping agents and consequently our goods were impounded at their respective ports.
Despite over 100 emails and telephone calls between ourselves, the shipping agents and Easy movers, they refused to pay their bills. Our Goods continued to accrue storage charges and I was left with no option but to pay both agents to have our goods freed and delivered to their destination addresses. This cost me a further 3000 GDP!
Throughout this time, Easy Movers have behaved abhorrently and without any shred of decency. They have continued to lie and make feeble excuses and it is now over a year since this sorry saga started.
Easy Movers also sold us an insurance policy. However, when we were in the unfortunate position of making a claim for damage to both our consignments, we were told by the Insurance Company that ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAS NOT COVERED!!
When I spoke to the Insurance company they told me that Easymovers were fully aware of the limitations of the insurance policy and that they knew that accidental damage was not covered.
I have complained to the Ministry as I believe that Easy Movers should not be allowed to continue trading as I am not the only person to experience this appalling behaviour.

Please read my initial review which was reposted at the beginning of July. Since I posted my review I was promised by the CEO Mr [Name removed by Sirelo] that they would refund all of the additional cost incurred and the “I would not lose a single fils”.
Since that time I have been subjected to a litany of outrageous lies and excuses some of which were embarrassing to have to read; they were pathetic and unbelievable excuses.
I only ever get a response when I post a negative review or contact The Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Easy Movers have acted with no regard to their customers and in a completely dishonest and disgraceful way. I have once again asked the Ministry that they be stopped from trading in order to protect other customers from being subjected to the ordeal that my family have had to endure for the past 14 months.Read more
